Passes cannot be used. NM vs. Tri-County at 7:00 Concessions--Football
Please note: There will be no senior suppers for any of the home tournament games. The games start at 7 pm.
There will be the normal concession stand with pop, popcorn, and candybars. |

North Mahaska elementary students completed their January jump rope unit by participating in the Jump Rope for Heart program. Each class tried to receive $100.00 in donations, and most surpassed their goal. The classes that did attain their $100.00 goal or better, will receive an extra p.e. class. Two classes collected over $600.00 and will receive the extra p.e. class time and treats. Steve Harkema, of Precision Foods, has donated ice cream for these students. Our community contains many Heart Heroes! |

The elementary is hosting a fundraising event through QSP called Be Excited About Reading. This is an important program for our school because we retain 40% of every magazine subscription dollar received through the program. And, more importantly, the funds we raised will be used for the benefit of our students through the purchase of classroom books. We kicked off the fundraising event on Wednesday, February 3. Each student took home an information packet explaining how the program works. If you have any questions, please be sure to call the elementary office. If we raise over $3000, QSP will also give our junior class an additional $500 to help support their fundraising efforts. |
